3. ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE TIMES

The occupancy period commences at 3pm on day of arrival and ends at 10am on the day of departure. ·In the interests of others, guests must ensure that there is no unreasonable amount of noise within their cottage, particularly late at night.

·Please do not leave rubbish lying outside.

·You are free to smoke outside. Please dispose of any cigarette ends. We very much appreciate your co-operation however should we find you have been smoking in the cottages we will have to debit the card number left to cover the Good Housekeeping Deposit with £75.00 to cover the deep cleaning costs.
