A little about The Dairy at Daviot

The Dairy at Daviot is owned and run by a fourth-generation farming family who have lovingly restored the 19th century farm steading into luxury cottages.

Dereck & Roz Mackenzie completed on the sale of Daviot Estate in 2003 which included the steading a listed B building. They have taken immense satisfaction from seeing the buildings which had fallen into a state of disrepair being restored to their former beauty. After a great deal of hard work they were very excited to welcome the first guests at the beginning of July 2008. Since then they love to bump into guests and hear how much they are enjoying their stay in the beautiful surroundings of Daviot Estate. Dereck & Roz describe where they live as "idyllic" and for them being able to share this beautiful, peaceful part of the world, with others gives them great pleasure.

New - EV Charging

NEW electric vehicle charging station now available at THE DAIRY AT DAVIOT.

We are delighted to announce that we have added a convenient new electric vehicle (EV) charging station to our car park, providing a much needed benefit for our guests. Powered by Voltshare, this smart charging point is compatible with all modern EVs, making it easier than ever for our guests to stay without range anxiety.

We are excited to be part of the zero-emission revolution, promoting clean transport and healthier skies. As part of their commitment, Voltshare has also offset 400kg of eCO2 per charging point installed.

The connection is tethered, type 2 with maximum power output of 7kWh.

The charge to our guests is kept at a reasonable rate.

24 hour support is provided by Voltshare on 0808 303 0629

You can download and install the Voltshare app before your trip, or scan the QR code for app-less payment on arrival.

Unplug your EV to end the session

Please note the area is covered by CCTV and any damage arising from improper use of the charger is liable to be paid for by the offending guest.

Out of courtesy to other users please unplug the cable from your car when your session has ended and move to another parking space to allow other guests to use the EV charger.
