1. BOOKING

Bookings are only accepted and confirmed on receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total cost. The outstanding balance is due 28 days prior to arrival. If a reservation is made less than 28 days before arrival, the full payment is due at the time of booking. Non-payment of the outstanding balance by the due date will be treated as a cancellation and we may re-let the property. The 30% deposit will be regarded as non-refundable.
Our web site uses a secure server to collect credit card information. SagePay uses 128bit encryption technology so your details continue to be protected.2. GOOD HOUSEKEEPING DEPOSIT
The Good Housekeeping Deposit is payable either by authorising us to use your card details or by separate cheque (dated as per your arrival date) at the time of check in, we will destroy the cheque after your holiday if not required. Neither of these will be used without consultation with you. The GHK deposit is to cover any breakages and items missing from the inventory, or any other loss or damage occurring at or to the apartment during your stay. The guests will be required to pay for any such loss, damage, breakages or missing items and any cleaning (other than normal cleaning) which is required following departures, up to a maximum of £100.00.
3. ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE TIMES
The occupancy period commences at 3pm on day of arrival and ends at 10am on the day of departure. It is particularly important that the departure time be observed so that Housekeeping has sufficient time to prepare the property for the next residents. On departure the apartment should be locked and all windows shut. Please hand keys into Reception or leave both sets of keys in the letterbox at Reception door.
4. CARE OF PROPERTY
The guests agree to take good care of the property and leave it in the same condition in which it was found on arrival (with the exception of dirty linen) and fit for occupation by the next guest. Before you go please ensure the bins have been emptied, washing up has been done or is in the dishwasher and that your apartment is left in a tidy state, in particular, ovens, hobs, fridges and worktops must be left clean.
5. NON-AVAILABILITY OF PROPERTY
In the unlikely event that the apartment becomes unavailable due to reasons beyond our control an alternate apartment will be offered, should this not be acceptable or if no alternative is available, all monies will be returned in full. The Dairy will not be liable for any loss, expense, inconvenience or further cost from such unavailability and the guests shall have no claim against them.
6. LIABILITY
The Dairy does not accept any liability in respect of loss or damage to the guest's, their property, baggage, car or contents, save to the extent that such loss or damage arises as result of the negligence of The Dairy or their respective employees, agents or sub-contractors.
7. CANCELLATIONS
Should you have to cancel your holiday for any reason, please let us know immediately in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:

Any personal information or details provided by the guests may from time to time be used to contact you with special offers or information about The Dairy at Daviot and its partner companies. 9. CHILDREN
Travel cots (suitable from birth up to 24/36 months), high chairs and stair gates are available if required at no extra charge. Please ask when booking.

If arranged at the time of booking well behaved dogs are welcome in our Holstein and Ayrshire apartments, strictly on the understanding that:

Is provided in the price of the accommodation.
12. FACILITIES
Electric wall and storage heaters provide total control. Whirlpool oven and electric hob, fridge/freezer, combined washing machine/tumble dryer, dishwasher and microwave. Digital flat screen TV with integrated Freeview and DVD player, digital radio and ipod docking stations. Iron and vacuum cleaner. Hairdryer. Outside tables, seating and barbecues. Currently you can access the internet from our Jersey and Simmental apartments. Wi-Fi internet access is also available in our Cafe during opening hours.
13. INVENTORY
A full inventory of kitchen contents will be sent out to you after confirmation of booking.
14. LEISURE
All residents enjoy special, subsidised rates for use of the Kingsmills Hotel leisure facilities in nearby Inverness.
15. LINEN
All bed linen and towels are provided however a bottom sheet is all that is provided for travel cots.
16. PARKING
Ample car parking is available beside the apartments.
17. STARTER PACK
The following provisions are provided in a small quantity: soap powder, washing up liquid, cream cleaner, dishwasher tablets, hand wash, toilet rolls, kitchen roll, salt & pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits.
