Entrance hall
Laid with an oatmeal coloured wool carpet, the entrance hall gives access to the dining kitchen, downstairs WC, storage cupboard and sitting room.
Dining kitchen
Fully fitted with pale sea-green units and stone tiled splash back, the kitchen is laid with cream floor tiles and a circular kitchen table allows ample dining room for four. The sash and case window with deep window ledge looks onto the fields beyond.
Sitting room
The sitting room laid with an oatmeal coloured wool carpet features a sash and case window with deep window ledge and views to the fields beyond and a glazed French door looking onto the cobbled courtyard. Furnished with leather sofas laid with plump cushions and cosy throws, coffee table and side tables, this is a lovely relaxing room featuring original photography by local artists.
Downstairs WC
This convenient downstairs room features a white suite comprising toilet and wash hand basin, cream floor tiles and pale walls. More original photography, commissioned especially for The Dairy, decorates the walls.
An under stair cupboard houses coat hooks and is a handy space for muddy boots and shoes.
Upstairs
Carpeted staircase leads to a central landing giving access to the two en suite bedrooms.
Bedrooms
Laid with an oatmeal coloured wool carpet, furnished with white-painted bedside tables and lamps, the cosy bedrooms have a fitted mirrored wardrobe with shelving and hanging space, sash and case window and Velux sky light. Made up with anti-allergy duvets and pillows, beds are dressed with upholstered headboards, throws and cushions. The en suite in one of the bathrooms features a bath with shower over and wet wall surround, while the other bathroom features a double sized shower enclosure with wet wall surround both are laid with dark floor tiles and have toilet and wash hand basin with mirrored cabinet above.
