Do I have to clean the apartment for the next visitors arriving?
Although our apartments are thoroughly cleaned before guests arrive, we would ask that you leave the property clean and tidy.
Do you provide cots and highchairs?
Travel cots and highchairs can be provided. Please state upon booking if you require a cot or highchair. Please note only a bottom sheet is provided for our travel cots.
Are we required to bring our own bed linen and towels?
Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided at all our properties. Please note only a bottom sheet is provided for our travel cots.
Is there a minimum booking period?
We have a minimum stay of three nights.
Is car parking provided?
Yes, there is plenty of car parking space. You will notice the designated apartment parking area upon arrival. There is no additional charge for the car park.
Are any of the apartments suitable for the disabled?
All bedrooms are upstairs. Holstein and Friesian are accessed from the outside of the courtyard so avoid the cobbled courtyard.
Are pets allowed?
We welcome well behaved dogs in Holstein and Ayrshire.
What time can we check in at the property and what time do we have to check out on day of departure?
Check in is from 3pm on the day of arrival and check out is by 10am on the morning of departure.
Do you have Wi-Fi internet access
Currently Wi-Fi internet access is available from our Jersey and Simmental apartments. Wi-Fi internet access is also available in our Cafe during opening hours.
